The great diversity of landscape and amenities ensures that the Suck Valley Area is a fantastic place get outside and enjoy the clean fresh air and  take advantage of the many family friendly walking and cycling routes.

The River also provides many opportunities for outdoor activities. The Suck provides excellent Trout, Pike and Coarse fishing opportunities from its banks and many easily accessible fishing stages along its flow through the valley. 

The river also has great kayaking stretches and some easy access points to get onto the river.

There are numerous equestrian centres and safe  lanes and tracks to explore and enjoy
